I am delighted to present DLA Piper’s first global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Review, Thinking Differently. This Review is our first attempt to describe, for our clients, our people and others in the global community, our strategic approach to managing and delivering our community and environmental commitments. Just as we strive to be a leader in our industry, this report strives to go beyond pure narrative and encourages us to set hard targets and management performance objectives in our environmental and community activities.
This Review is not yet an exhaustive account of all our activities. We understand that in the long term, however, our success will depend on integrated strategies that will allow us to measure and manage our responses in all areas of our business. The Review has provided a platform from which we can continue and align our work.
We will continue to map out the areas that affect our organization as we look to assure our long term success and financial performance.
We have learned a great deal as a result of working together
globally on this Review. Thinking Differently is a starting
point for us - the beginning of a journey. We invite you to explore
